Merit Harbor will illustrate the landscape of the M&A process from a buyer and seller perspective.  Including how valuations are viewed, how deals are structured and the rationale behind it, and then walk through the different steps from preparation to close and everything in between.  MHC will explain what to expect at each stage from all relevant parties, including the seller’s own deal team (M&A advisor, CPA, Attorney, Wealth manager, etc…).  The information provided will help seller’s appropriately set expectations to maximize an exit process.   

 

 

Speaker: Craig Dickens, CEO, Merit Harbor Capital

Craig is a serial entrepreneur and Investment Banker. Craig has personally started or acquired 14 business across diverse sectors as well as executed 19 add-on acquisitions within those companies. Craig graduated from the University of New Hampshire and attended Babson College’s top ranked Entrepreneurial MBA Program. Craig holds series 24, 82 and 63 licenses and specializes in Sell-Side M&A, Buy-side advisory, and capital placements.

Craig, his wife Caasi, and five children live in Gig Harbor, Washington. In his free time, Craig enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his children’s sports teams and finding time for golfing, hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities, as well as reading and participating in an array of church and community events.
