Jonathan DeMella focuses his practice on government contracts counseling and litigation, including performance disputes, bid protests before the GAO and FAA, size and status protests before the SBA, civil fraud under the False Claims Act, procurement ethics, mandatory disclosure, and compliance with SBA laws and regulations, including those specific to Alaska Native corporations. Kate Kennedy focuses her practice on government contract and construction claims. She represents contractors before the Court of Federal Claims, Boards of Contract Appeals, Government Accountability Office, Small Business Administration, and Office of Hearings and Appeals, as well as in state and federal bid protests.   In addition to litigating claims, Kate regularly advises clients with regard to contract formation, administration and compliance issues, differing site conditions, delay claims, subcontracting, requests for equitable adjustment, contract termination, insourcing, and issues specific to Alaska small business concerns and Alaska Native Corporations.
