The Pacific Northwest Defense Coalition (PNDC) is the association for Northwest defense and security industry businesses.  PNDC focuses on strengthening our members' business growth, our region's economy, and our nation's security through training, one-on-one counseling, business-to-business networking, and advocacy.   

* GPS Might not get you to OMIC R&D, due to a road closure. Access to OMIC R&D has temporarily changed due to construction to replace our road. Access to our facility is now diverted through the Scappoose Sand & Gravel pit on NE Crown Zellerbach Road to the OMIC facility. Take Highway 30 to 33485 NE Crown Zellerbach Logging Rd, Scappoose, OR 97056 and there will be signs directing you through the gravel pit to our 33701 Charles T. Parker Way location. Access from West Lane Road is closed. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
