PNDC members and guests are invited to hear updates and ask questions on the many legal issues impacting Pacific Northwest Businesses.  Larry Ward and Augustine Lo, attorneys at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, will share their considerable expertise on these rapidly evolving policies that will impact Pacific Northwest businesses in the manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and security industries. You will hear updates on economic sanctions, new export controls, new regulations impacting foreign investment in the United States (CFIUS), Section 301 and Section 232 punitive tariffs on foreign-made imports, the USMCA that is to replace NAFTA, and the U.S.-China trade dispute. There will be ample time for your questions.

We encourage middle and upper managers from Pacific Northwest defense, security and manufacturing businesses to take advantage of this time with two of the leading authorities on these topics, who have generously offered their time for this briefing.
