Prior to his tenure with Cook, Lloyd served in trade compliance roles in the defense, aerospace, and laboratory equipment sectors, working extensively with classification and export licensing of dual-use commodities and technology, as well as military goods, technical data, and defense services. Lloyd is a licensed U.S. Customs Broker and a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS).
