In response to Russia’s invasion of the Ukraine, the U.S. Government has imposed a sweeping set of export controls on Russia and Belarus. These new controls place significant restrictions on U.S. exports, re-exports, and in-country transfers, and on products manufactured abroad with U.S. technology or equipment.  This session will explain the recent changes in the Export Administration Regulations and what they mean for you.
