FMS allows the U.S. Government to buy and then sell defense, aerospace, and services to foreign countries and international organizations. Holly Haverstick Principal Director Strategy Directorate (Acting) Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA)
Holly Haverstick is currently the Principal Director (Acting) of the Directorate of Strategy and Chief of the Weapons Division at DSCA. Her responsibilities include management and oversite of the Directorate which includes both Military and Civilian personnel. As the Chief of the Weapons Division, she serves as industry ombudsmen, weapons systems technical subject matter expert, and provides guidance and advises on the various technology release processes. In addition, the Weapons Division manages international weapons systems competitions that include U.S. FMS offerings, to ensure a level playing field.
