Over these past few weeks, we’ve heard some incredible stories of how entrepreneurs are responding to the serious challenges they’re facing right now. EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementers around the world have been working closely with our clients to troubleshoot issues and discover new opportunities. We wondered how we can best help companies who are not running on EOS – how can we help them gain calm, clarity and confidence today?

As a result, EOS Worldwide introduced the Lead Now campaign. This is an open call-to-action for business leaders of all kinds to reach out for help to solve their issues during this great time of change. Our core process for solving issues is called “IDS” (Identify/Discuss/Solve), and it’s what we use with and teach our clients. We will have our most experienced EOS Implementers leading the call.

Our group of Northwest (Washington/Oregon) EOS Implementers have banded together to offer both private and group IDS (Issue Solving) sessions for anyone who wishes to get help. You don’t have to be a client, and we’ll teach you the tool and help any way we can.
