Suzanne Hanifin

Suzanne is the founder and CEO of Acumen Executive Search. She earned her BS in History and Marketing at Southern Oregon University before going on and earning her MBA at University of Portland.

After college, Suzanne went to work for a Fortune 500 International CPA and Consulting firm. Like most good consultants, after two years she was hired by a client to work in Finance (M&A) with a large Fortune 100 Telecom company.

Suzanne Hanifin moved on to work for both large and small regional recruiting firms before deciding to build her own boutique search firm with a non-traditional model promoting a family culture. A matchmaker for candidates and great companies, Suzanne thrives on making connections. Suzanne is a co-founder of Leaders and Executives Across Professions (LEAP), member of Vistage and Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Karen Anderson

Karen Anderson is well traveled and has countless stories depicting her philosophy of “Anything is Possible” – Karen is passionate about helping people overcome adversity and empowering their professional and personal growth. Since the inception of Acumen in 2007 Suzanne and Karen have been focused on helping companies grow.
