This annual program covers updates and advice to assist Northwest companies in complying with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and other related trade controls.

Topics will include:

• Updates directly from regulatory agency leaders
• Real world advice from experienced trade compliance lawyers
• Updates on recent changes in customs enforcement, new tariffs & how world tensions are impacting these regulations
• Peer to peer advice on managing an export compliance program

Content will be appropriate for those with some knowledge of trade compliance programs. If you are new to export compliance, attendees will be provided a link to recorded foundational information to review before the program.

Attendees will receive a Certificate of Attendance that maybe used as evidence of your training in support of your export compliance program or for continuing education credit for various accreditations (subject to approval of accrediting body)
