Mr. MacStravic is responsible for direct oversight of Major Defense Acquisition Programs across air, land, and naval warfare mission areas.  He is the primary advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics for program management and acquisition matters and for the portfolio management, technical and programmatic evaluation, and functional oversight.
