Al Conde, Strategic Integration, Office of the Chief Technologist, NASA: Conde serves as the lead for strategic integration in NASA’s Office of the Chief Technologist at NASA Headquarters in Washington, D.C. He manages the development of the NASA Technology Roadmaps and the Strategic Technology Investment Plan that provide the foundation and priorities for the agency’s future technology investments.

Rear Admiral Christopher Scott Gray, Commander, Navy Region Northwest: Rear Admiral Gray assumed duties as Commander, Navy Region Northwest June 2018, overseeing shore organizations and support to homeported and transient ships, submarines, and aircraft as well as tenants, military, and family members. Navy Region Northwest is headquartered in Puget Sound, the U. S. Navy’s third largest fleet concentration area, and includes Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, and Iowa
